We do not PRODUCE munitions at an accelerated level. Munition manufacturing TAKES TIME which is why normal people dont just use up their entire supply and then demand more made quickly. Quickly made munitions, is not a thing.

We have used up our ENTIRE STOCKPILE which is being mentioned as being rejuvenated but when you are using them as fast as you can make them, the stockpile dwindles as ours HAS. We have nothing left to send to others now, but no one should know this because we need that leverage----that we no longer have.
