Such researchers helped to identify the fascists who participanted in the “Unite the Right” rally in 2017, during which one Neo-Nazi murderedHeather Heyer in an actual act of terrorism….‘

The US did not attack Autistici/Inventati for fighting for open communication. A/I are also advocating that, true. But the US make it very clear what this is about: It's a strike against far-left politics and anti-fascism. I sure hope the politics of this will not get buried and twisted into a cyberlibertarian narrative of "free internet" or "free speech".
