Today I learned that #ImageMagick has been slopped for some time. Like many tools, it's been load-bearing infrastructure for decades.
Meanwhile, the #GraphicsMagick fork has been quietly chugging along for 24 years. For most of that time, it's been maintained by a single human being.
That person has been asking for additional developer help for years now. While I don't have the skills to help directly, I can talk about it while I take their kindly offered toys out for a test drive.

A week is a long time in politics, as they say, and there's still 2 months until Polling Day. There's always the possibility something could completely undermine Opportunity's support before then. But based on the consistent trend across all polling companies, going back to mid-June, they will be in the next Parliament.

@chartier The fact that the HomePod is frequently the device that answers "hey dingus", and yet HomePod Siri is much less capable than Siri AI, is also a concern. (I guess Apple want us to buy a lot of new HomePods soon... 🤑)
@codemonkey85 Yeah I imagine that might be the catch. The original HomePod was surely not designed for AI, and surely not for Apple's approach to AI which is, in part, to run as much on-device as possible.
Personally, I could take or leave all that stuff. I actually like Siri for the things it's good for, and I just want a much better speaker inside. Current mini sounds so terrible. *So* terrible.
