The "Wandel durch Handel" strategy from the past clearly did not work. Why would "Wandel durch Diplomatie" allover sudden work? It won't. There is clearly much more needed to get Russia to stop the attacks on Ukraine. This photo op is not a solution that will help to stop the war.

FUN FACT: I added edk2 payload to Libreboot (MrChromebox's edk2 fork for coreboot). This is a highly advanced UEFI payload. EDK2 is Intel's project, and it's open source; it's the reference implementation. Check recent commits for edk-related config:

I'm shipping edk2 on next week's orders. edk2 is default now. It's like I said on IRC: GRUB and SeaBIOS are now legacy. I'll still maintain these, but edk2 is now the preferred payload.
It's... UEFI. I booted Arch Linux earlier with UKI. Much easier to use than GRUB.
Tested on sandy/ivybridge, broadwell, haswell, kabylake.
This will be in next Libreboot release.

Good news, my new keyboard arrived. (I'm a RedDragon Trundle guy, wired and mechanical and surprisingly cheap, cuz I spend 5 months a year in an outdoor office, and I smoke, and you need a new keyboard every year.)
Bad news, my new keyboard arrived. (I have promised, once that happens, to try to bring these three unused computers back to life and begin moving to a *nix for my household.)

TECHNICAL POST INCOMING!!!! One thing I obsess over for Coho is performance! For example, on the web side of things, we make heavy use of the async module imports to only ever load exactly the code needed for a given feature. This, combined with smart service worker driven caching, gives us the ability to keep our initial load very slim. Coho is not perfect, every not and then we have performance regressions, but its something I pay close attention too!

Oh no, its fine. Some of the others. Its complicated; they're all dead, a few of them in St Louis i hurt, not intentionally, by the destruction of IFNA, an attempt to commercialize FidoNet. I didnt realize until later, them i didnt contact them before they died. I dont know how they felt after the aftermath, snd i didnt ask.
And many of the others were very competitive, i felt anyway. And a few were outright jerks.
It was all very overwhelming to me at the time.
The Intel NUC 13 Extreme (pour one out) has been an incredible, quiet gaming rig for a few years; particularly after replacing stock fans for Noctuas. But one component has created intermittent instability: the PCH chip. Last year I tried to "fix" the non-contactng heat sink with thermal putty, but still saw high temps under heavy load, and after a crash in Zero Company, I'm abandoning half measures.
