@trashheap @mos_8502 even in slopworld, human developers aren't fungible, and everything that went into their life that got them to where they are now has meaning, which means what they choose to build has value even if they judiciously employ generative AI to help them build it. IMO.
@trashheap @mos_8502 another angle: since we are in slopworld and will be in slopworld no matter what, we desperately need as many devs as possible who don't just "spray and pray" when it comes to slop deployment.
some devs who meet that criterion will use genAI judiciously. others won't use it at all. there are roles for both (again, IMO).
As I track the bots, sometimes I find wisdom lurking in the bios.
Take for example:
"Stable soil makes brave candy."
I bet it does.
"Why this mouth and not that egg?"
Thought-provoking.
"Somewhere between fingerstache and hella."
I haven't figured this one out yet, I"m not enlightened enough.
Is the only way to have work meetings that aren't constantly recorded or using an AI notetaker (which is recording) to start one's own organization with a no-recording policy?

I care about the foolishness of the annoying replies I've had to deal with of Argentinians pretending that Blanqueamiento didn't happen. Please invite some of those debaters to come talk to their annoying countrymen and pull them out of my mentions.
And no, I hope that you aren't all "well aware" of your own history. Not all of you. Because if a person did know, and they still argue with Black people like this denying clear facts of the anti-Black genocide? Then that person is both annoying and a bad person.
And no, people don't hate an entire country because of a 'TikTok trend." People hate genocide deniers that worry more about their own feelings than about the racism that their fellow countrymen spew around the world.
If a German person denied the Holocaust, then said, "Well, I just don't want people to hate Germany because of a TikTok trend!🤡" You would similarly recognize this as trash behaviour. Don't be trash.

I have mad respect for folks who maintain and test device ports in pmOS, they're soo important to the continued development of #postmarketOS. For example, I rely on my Pixel 3a to help develop and test #duranium and other (hopefully) neat OS things, but I can't do those things if the device is not maintained and gets archived.
