Makes sense. If copyright no longer applies to big corporations, as LLMs have shown, then why should any other regulation?

I'm not sure an appropriate fine is even possible for this. And you can't put that forest back.

I predict we'll be having angry people burning down datacenters in the next couple years.

@yngmar they should pay the cost for returning that forest, even if that is a multi generational project. Either payed up front calculating inflation for generations to come, or attached to wherever the value of the companies behind it lie.

I agree. Not changing the Danish constitution to reflect the modern day very secular nature of Denmark does look bad.
But I am quite confident this will change, just like it changed in Sweden and Norway with their reforms.

In Denmark, the only non-secular party, the Christan Democrats were last elected to Parliament 25 years ago. And the public church tax is voluntary, meaning the so-called "state church" is 90 % financed by members, and only around 10 % state subsidized.
