Howdy! I have a client that's hiring a data engineer (ideally with Snowflake experience, but they'll take anyone smart enough to figure it out) in Canberra.
I can arrange for the automated screens and the like to be skipped, and the interviews will not have any leetcode-style nonsense. I've placed someone else with them who is very happy, and they're an inclusive team (i.e, I've seen them hire a woman to a senior role)
