Fuller description: Looking sharply up, neck thrown fully back, at the upper stories of the 60m tall rectangular clock tower on Aarhus Rådhus (city hall), Denmark – an iconic city landmark. It is backed by deep blue sky with a few wispy clouds. Some thin wires and a hanging street lamp are off to the left. It might take a double-take to look at the top floor where three gigantic octopus tentacles are sticking out above the street, bright green and yellow and red, waving in the wind. This is an Aarhus festival week street art installation called Octopus Attack by artists Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrella, an awareness-raising statement about the way humans are ruining the seas.
