Where are Palestinians in Gaza getting donations from if not via Mastodon et all?
Sure, the occupation tracks all communication people still need to pay for food, rent, medications, everything. So every €10 does count for survival.
Re internet: all communication goes via eSIMs connecting to Israel or Egypt. Connecting Humanity got the EFF Award in 2024 for this.
I know several accounts on here who were vetted by videocall by Molly Shah on bluesky. From the Sameer Project, who really can use financial support at the moment, I know that they also gave cash to people unable to set up their own Chuffed accounts, so who knows how many of 1,9 million people trying to survive this genocide by having to beg for survival have set up a Chuff. 10.000? 100.000?
People can always contact Palestinians and check their area code or use video to see, or simply donate to Palestinian led mutual aid groups:

And https://palestinetoolkit.org/mobilise-from-home/direct-aid-for-palestine/
People in Gaza really can use every € 10 as the media focus is elsewhere and so donations dropped significantly.
