@stefano i remember the times when our mama showeled fresh hand made pasta over the whole marble table in the living room table stirred with chopped garlic and olive oil only... to be eaten with our bare kiddo hands... 🤌
@stefano I have an auntie who very, very carefully hangs them up as she makes them. I use the same organisational technique as you 😹
