Q1: intro/what do you wish was up?
A1: Hi, I'm Ted. Mostly lately I build things with blinky lights.
I've been meaning work on some wearable glowy projects for #BurningMan/#Neotropolis. Last night I thought of a way to handle a software problem that's been in my way. (Along with a flood of other ideas)
Also I've been meaning to do some welding practice as meditation, but that will need to wait a week.
And #OpenSauce last weekend makes me want to build a robot.

@MakersHour A1 Hello #MakersHour I'm Andy and now have a head full of a million ideas after coming back from EMF Camp. Need to get measuring up the new Workshopshed so it has some walls

A1 Hi I'm Quixoticgeek. There's three projects I'd like to be working on right now, one is a big belt grinder. I've bought most of the metal, I just need to weld it together, but currently the makerspace is offline while we move, so can't. Next up is a dining table, same issue, makerspace not usable yet. Finally some pottery stuff. This I'm hoping to be able to start on soon, as I've been working this week on finishing the makerspace pottery area.

Ahhh, shame the makerspace is off line, that must be so frustrating!
@MakersHour It'll be great when it's finished, which should be end of next month at the latest. We now have about twice the space, and some new functions we never had before (like a pottery)

@MakersHour #MakersHour A1: hi, I'm Alex, and I'd like to be working on a mystery knit-along I'm doing with my weekly knitting circle, but the first clue comes out a week from Friday.
In the meantime I've finished part 1 of my Christmas knitting, a hat for my father-in-law; continued working on the wedding sweater; and done a lot of historical fiction editing.

I am now wondering what a wedding sweater is going to look like!
@MakersHour This is the front. My wife picked the yarn and the pattern.
I call it the wedding sweater because, when she asked me for a sweater a decade ago, I said "Mary me first," to make sure she was serious. We got married last September, and now I have promises to keep.
Though I'm hoping the mystery knit-along will give me a break from cables...

The a few years before we got married I asked Sue, in a very long winded way, if she would consider marrying me, if we were still together, wanted to, didn't mind, etc. just to check if we were on the same page, and she said she would.
A year later she proposed.
