I need some real-world samples to communicate the vision of federating events to my fellow #BurningMan community members in #Austria.

I am basing our new webpage for https://www.burners.at on @community . This is the Austrian #BurningMan page of the local chapter. The page is not public yet.

I use your stuff and GatherPress ... because you "told me" in a video that @alex recommended to me during dinner at #Vienna #WordCamp 2025

I am seeing a big opportunity here.

I **really** like Cool URIs as defined in https://www.w3.org/TR/cooluris/ ...and I saw that (the suffix ?activitypub to wordpress URLs || content-negotiating) does give me ... very cool URIs.

That is a basis I trust to federate events of my community. We love participation and federation.

Pondering ways to bring some of my last week at #CriticalNorthwest to my local neighborhood. The little library that @gairdeachas and @datasaurus brought was so popular, it’s made me think about doing something like similar. Or maybe something like an “Internet in a Box” if I wanted an electronic version of some sort?

Also been noodling about whether there would be a way to get interactive art to the local tiny park one day.
