You can use Mastodon's "Filters" feature to automatically hide posts containing certain words, phrases, hashtags, links or emoji. More info about how to do this in this guide:

Filters are great. It helps filters if people hashtag their posts. It also helps if people don't purposely mis-spell things to avoid people's filters.
