Think about it like email. You can interact with anyone on the Fediverse from your account on @findout.media, but you need to address them. There is no algorithm. No one is going to just push stuff at you. We like it that way.

But, that also means that you need to Follow other accounts to see what they are posting. Putting some effort into following people you like will pay big dividends.

You can also use hashtags to see content, and find people to follow. #catsofmastodon (you can just click on it or type in into the search box) is a popular hashtag here where you can find other cat people. Likewise #USPolitics #Infosec etc.
