New 4 to 6 month project for me:
I've decided to start a sewing circle at my apartment complex. I ran the idea by some of the people from the board game night and got interest.
I figure that the board game night would remain as a thing for my immediate neighbors, and the sewing circle could be for random people across the complex who are interested in sewing.
I can't put up posters around the building, but I have a number of ideas.
I can't put up posters around the building, but I bet I can set a sign by me while I sew in one of the common areas. I've just got to get going on that before it gets too hot here in Phoenix.
I might be able to get away with putting a sign in our car's window.
I got the board game night going by knocking on doors with food, but I'm going to take a different approach for this since it will be more about a shared interest than living right next to each other.
