Sarah | Time for Kindness
Sarah | Time for Kindness
@time_for_kindness@kind.social  ·  activity timestamp last week

At a recent in-person seminar and networking event from Charity Comms there were some great examples of kindness to self.

Sarah was at the event and noticed that the need to support your own resilience with positive things, for example noticing kindness, came up quite a lot - and that’s a message we can get behind!

The Charity Comms team put together this image with some of the wisdom shared at the event but we’d love to hear what you’d add.

#SelfCare #Wellbeing
