The only issue with that was the lack of documentation for absolute beginners for installing on a home server.

I haven't finished your guide yet, but I must start keeping my services LAN-only until until I learn enough about the security side of things. That's another area that I hope becomes unified too (if it isn't already).

@_elena Have you actually suffered any attacks yet?

Could be you wouldn't know unless you're looking into this sort of thing. Have you looked at the logs and stuff to see what it's default defense mechanisms have stopped? I believe it has built in fail2ban and such, no?

@_elena I am with yunohost too. Installed castopod, writefreely, mastodon, webmin and Nextcloud. It is another live with self hosting
