@rolle thanks. one of the complaints of Mastodon web. why ever other social is smart enough but not the web UI i use is bonkers.
@davidbisset Wouldn't be a hard thing to do... then again, I hate when, for example, I type CHANGELOG.md and it gets interpreted as a link in some places. It might be intentional here, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's already a GitHub issue about it.
