Crashing the courts is part of the strategy of the Trump regime. Trying to overwhelm the judiciary is a deliberate effort to functionally eliminate it as a check on the Republican Fascist program. https://www.wired.com/story/ice-crashing-us-court-system-minnesota/

WIRED

ICE Is Crashing the US Court System in Minnesota

Petitions demanding people get the chance to be released from ICE custody have overwhelmed courts throughout the US.

@heidilifeldman Actual terrorism. Not some mislabled pet peeve like what the fascist regime would try to get one to believe is terrorism (Waah, our job is to enforce bigotry and whistles hurt our feelings so we shoot unarmed people and lie about it in the name of national secuwity and the "law"), but actual funded white supremist terrorism - coercing a civilian population with violence.
Recall your nazi senators if you want to reclaim "conservatism" from the current nazi takeover!

What’s your sentiment about how this is going to go?

Because the administration and the billionaires that have bankrolled all this cannot back down.. because once they falter, the façade of inevitability falls apart.

I think the writing is on the wall that this is going to take prolonged national popular resistance, a national shut down a national strike

@GhostOnTheHalfShell Agree about need for prolonged national civil and political resistance. A national strike or a series of them could be part of that, though not clear to me yet whether or in what form a necessary part.

It's almost like the courts should actually censure individual ICE officers for violating their previous orders so casually.

But no! That would mean...holding law enforcement accountable!?! What kind of precedent would that set?

They're a bit slow at wired, eh?

What I would like to see is the courts putting every business case on pause until the government-related queue is empty. Contracts are less important than Constitution.

Bet this strategy of 'flooding the field' might be drowned out if it happened.
