imho either you have coop workers helped by a machine (like I have with the CNC/laser and hand tools in the workshop) or you have a fully automated "machine" that gets you things out of rough stuff, (and maybe a bit of both)

but these chains of workers like it's 1936 Chaplin's Modern Times x³ are not what we are looking for "the future" ...
