over here at (indeterminately named neurospacetodon instance) we run right on the razors edge of using 100% of all available system resources at all times, including storage.

will update as i go, the status pruning command needs some updates because currently it doesn't prune anything that's a reply ever

Outside of regularly pruning the cache, when in a pinch you can recompress remote avatars and headers. The cache pruning affects accounts not seen in x days, but not the thousands that are regularly active.
This compresses in-place so while computationally expensive it can help create disk space

@kevinrns we are currently funded by a nonprofit who pays our bills, and haven't figured out a way to legally take donations that sits right with the nonprofit board, but appreciate the sentiment and one day this will likely change :)
