Any #GPS / #android nerds wanna help me debug something?

https://gitlab.com/LineageOS/issues/android/-/issues/9652

I have two #fairphone3, one running #lineageos and the other running the default OS, and the lineageOS doesn't find GPS 99% of the time...

I'm at the edge of my knowledge and would love some suggestions for how to debug further, or if someone wants to jump on a call and try to work it out together.

@da5nsy wouldn't it be because AGPS is turned off by default?

@mdione
I can't recall when I turned it on (it must've been long ago), but I just checked now and it is enabled already

@da5nsy @mdione maybe downloading GPSTest ( https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.android.gpstest.osmdroid/) and doing whats suggested there might be worth a try: "This fixed it for me in no seconds without trying to factory reset, just downloaded the latest version .apk installed then: clear assist data -> inject time data -> inject PSDS data" https://xdaforums.com/t/gps-does-not-work-on-lineageos-18-1.4261353/page-2#post-86771107
