#fairphone3 for #sale:
This 5 years old, well-used and still working #fairphone needs a new home. It comes with a A. Treurniet leather cover and two batteries, the original from time of sale and one additional battery bought in 2023. The bottom module was replaced in 2025 and is running fine now.
The display has some damage at the top right corner and was glued to its back after a fall.

The FP3 is currently situated in Germany.

J'ai acheté un fairphone avec /e/os (alors degooglified) il y a quelques semaines. Hier, j'ai installé l'application du boursobank et voilà le résultat. Bye bye boursobank (j'ai aussi des comptes chez autres banques qui marchent très bien avec mon téléphone).

Upgraded my #framework13 laptop to 64gig of memory in under 5 minutes while sitting on the sofa.

Seriously don't think I can go back to a non-self repairable laptops now. If I didn't have the Pixel 9 pro, I think the #Fairphone would be next.

I'm going in the opposite direction, aiming for a #Framework laptop for my next.

Have a #Fairphone 4, since it was launched, and not until Fairphone 6 launched recently I've felt the urge to upgrade.

Probably will get the F6, and then the F4 is going to become a dev tool, to try out alternative OSs on a and more.

I'm super happy to share, that the #Fairphone (Gen. 6) was just announced, and we've been able to already publish a lot of code for it!

* #postmarketOS support is submitted
* 59(!) patches were sent to bring up upstream #Linux on the SM7635 SoC and enable the device.
* The stock Android source code is public on code.fairphone.com

This has been a lot of work over the last couple of months so it's awesome to finally be able to share it!

After the transformation away from US services and products, it's time to go one step further.

As I have already announced, I will soon be replacing my Pixel 9 with Graphene OS with a Fairphone 6 with /e/OS from Murena.

Although I personally really appreciate Graphene OS and am an avid user, I'm not sure what the future will bring under the fascist Trump. As I said, he can force US companies to hand over data of European users or turn off their services for Europe with the stroke of a pen. Or whatever other stupid things this orange psychopath can think of. Pixel devices from Google are another point.

However, I'm still considering a Framework Laptop 12 for my future laptop because of its sustainability and reparability.

Framework? AN US COMPANY??? Yes, unfortunately there is no European equivalent in this field, but unlike software and internet solutions, I am relatively independent after the purchase. The worst case would be if I could no longer buy current components. But then the Framework would be just like any other computer, which is generally almost impossible to repair or upgrade. But I want to keep that option open.

And I hope - like the rest of the world - that the fascist and criminal spook in the USA will soon be over and the situation there will return to some semblance of normality. Hope dies last...

That new #fairphone 6 with the privacy screen protector applied to it is pretty cool. Smooth conversion from the old phone to the new one. Now only to set up some of my healthcare apps
