@FediFollows I hope the backfilling gets implemented soon, it's important for new people as they must likely won't understand the problem immediately.
At least some mastodon clients already fixed it in their own way already 😌

There is a fix for this sort of written, but it hasn't been reviewed yet. The PRs are:

It's by the same person who did the "display all replies" fix that now shows every reply to a thread, which was merged in the last big update.

@FediFollows nice ones! For the back filing I think it would also be nice to fetch the last 3 to 10 posts when looking up an account and then state "to see more posts follow this account". Don't know how much resources that would cause though 😅
