Fucking #microsoft
I didn't get a bounce at the weekend when I sent an email to the same address, and I've sent about 3 mails since then, not one of them to a microsoft system.
And the unhelpful "troubleshooting" link results in a blank page.

@chewie Was in the same boat. While the M365 team was willing to help, they couldn鈥檛 because the mailserver was not with them but with the live team (you鈥檙e in the same boat here). And those admins didn鈥檛 care answering. Only changing my IP address helped (until that one ends up on their blocklist as well).
