I wrote about my first EV in 2019. Since then, all new vehicles I have purchased are EVs. As more and more of the electrical power being generated is green, it makes sense to make the switch.

@jon I loved my e-Golf here in the USA.
I was lucky enough to work for a company that had charging stations at every location and gave me a $5,000 credit as long as I stayed 3+ years.
This might have been my favorite automobile I have owned.
@jon I really hope EVs catch on quickly in Japan too. But Japanese automakers seem to be prioritizing their own profits, so they're slow to promote EVs. It's a real problem.

@jon It is definitly important to buy electric vehicles instead of fossil, and good that you were one of the early movers.
But I think it is also important not to buy a new car several times in just 6 years.
Understood. I do tend to keep my cars for a long time, but we are a family and we have multiple cars.
