If you’ve read the StarTribune over the years, you’ve seen the photojournalism of Richard Tsong-Taatarii. Most recently the viral photo of the Federal thug who pepper-sprayed an already subdued man, in the face, at point blank range.

My personal brush with Tsong-Taatarii was in 1999, and was much more peaceful. Skating with my daughter.
