@stefano Stefano! Did you get an iPhone? I would highly highly recommend you try Ivory instead. Best mobile Fediverse experience (I’ve tried them all; been using Ivory since they launched) and it’s a lovely small team of kind folks (who were behind the brilliant Tweetbot - RIP)
@_elena @stefano Is it really the case that Ivory is Mastodon specific? Or is it that nobody knows or cares that Mastodon is a subset of the Fediverse, and everyone just refers to the whole Fediverse as “Mastodon”?
Every mention of Ivory in the context of the Fediverse uses “Mastodon”. Some sites even refer to it as, “Ivory for Mastodon”.

@AnachronistJohn I’ve been using Ivory with Mastodon, GoToSocial, Friendica, Pixelfed and Sharkey accounts. It’s amazing
@AnachronistJohn @_elena I’m testing it on snac. The basic functionality seems to be working, but I just configured the account and posted a test post
@AnachronistJohn @_elena mmm no, there are problems with snac. The notification tab is incomplete and it seems to lose posts

Thank you for your suggestion. Ivory has been the most suggested app in this thread, so I think it’s worth a test. The problem is that I’d appreciate a trial, but it doesn’t seem to allow it. Maybe I’ll just subscribe for one month, then decide.
@stefano you won't regret it, honestly. I gave up on all the other "competitors" for one reason or another. Ivory has never let me down. I love it so much I paid extra to have it also on my iPad and computers (MacMini and Macbook Air)
@_elena @stefano so true. Tapbots got the scrolling down perfectly its an absolute joy to use. Attachments, CW, worth it. Only missing things for me

- form another account, follow a user
I have 4 Fedi accounts and sometimes I see an interesting user while on one account/timeline and I would like to get my other acct to follow it
