@Em0nM4stodon I knew it glad I left BlueSky since last Sept or August I don’t remember but I joined Mastodon made my life better.
@Em0nM4stodon left #bluesky about a year ago. Now only on #fediverse -- #mastodon and #diaspora, as well as #linkedin for commercial survival.
If there were a way to prospect for #infosec consulting clients on the fediverse only, I'd quit linkedin at machine speed. almost.

@Em0nM4stodon Wow. I have been off most other platforms since September, so I had no idea this was happening. This makes me want to delete my Bluesky account, I might as well, I think I have posted once in the last 4-5 months. No use for it anymore.

Also, poke around in the settings a bit and you may notice some improvements since last time you were on Mastodon, especially if it's been a couple years.

Well, there you go.
Only just made a Bluesky account, thinking it would help me promote my books a little farther.
Felt kinda uncomfortable with it, to be honest, but saw it as an obligation.
But nope. You gave me the perfect excuse to get and stay off.
Me and my 9 measly followers won't make that big of a difference, but I'm gone.
Readers on the Fedi are better, anyway 😜
@amPennyfeather if it makes you feel any better, I had 1100 followers on Bluesky but I was rarely posting there because of their weird algorithms. I’d get 1-2 interactions at best, it felt like skeeting into the void. The Fediverse is so much better and more human. I’ve built so many amazing friendships on here 💖

enough said. I was one of the first 60k to sign up. Even linked my domain. Time to delete my account.

I will not be coming back. There is a line in the sand right now and someone at bluesky crossed it and it even though I am only one person. It cost them my support.
