@bnjbvr yes! I know the surroundings enough to adapt my route to my pace and run for about an hour :)

I鈥檓 trying to lose weight first. I have about 8 kilograms more to shed, by the end of the year. I鈥檒l celebrate that with cake!
@thibaultamartin you can run and cake and still lose weight, as long as you remain in a calorific deficit
@robchapman yep, im still allowing myself nice meals (we had pizza yesterday) but i try to stay away from refined sugar.
It鈥檚 too addictive for me! Either I eat the whole cake or none of it, there鈥檚 no in-between. And the less I eat sugar, the less sugar cravings I get :)
@thibaultamartin that's true ..I love baking cakes so I understand the struggle with having an ultra sweet tooth and the knowledge of how to make everything that is bad for me. Stay strong, keep posting...the running community here is the best, we've got you
