Activists have locked themselves to ladders and a wheelchair at the HQ of Capital One in McLean, VA today.

They are blocking the cars of executives and other staff trying to enter Capital One offices, wearing surveillance camera hats that read "ELBIT SYSTEMS BORDER PATROL", "ELBIT SYSTEMS APARTHEID WALL" and "ELBIT IS WATCHING YOU."

Elbit has a $90m contract with ICE/DHS to provide surveillance equipment.
