Call your senator and demand they end this unconstitutional power grab. Federal elections are run by the states per the Constitution, and this bill - besides limiting the vote to people who have their birth certificate or passport, in their current legal name - would give Border Patrol the voter rolls to check for any noncitizens. One especially ridiculous case, ICE agents abducted a US citizen walking home from the gym.

The agents put a citizen into handcuffs and dragged him into an unmarked car that had no license plates at all!

Once in the car they scanned his face using the DHS app MobileFortify.

The feds insist that they should be able to keep biometric scans of citizens obtained forcefully in roving raids like this one.

They are blocking the cars of executives and other staff trying to enter Capital One offices, wearing surveillance camera hats that read "ELBIT SYSTEMS BORDER PATROL", "ELBIT SYSTEMS APARTHEID WALL" and "ELBIT IS WATCHING YOU."

Elbit has a $90m contract with ICE/DHS to provide surveillance equipment.

Mayor Jacob Frey spoke today about the shifting landscape of ICE+CBP's aimless illinformed hunt for "illegals".

Frey describes ICE initially showing up hoping to snatch Somalian-Americans but quickly discovered the vast majority are actually US citizens.

Finding it hard to deport Somalian's Frey says the feds then turned to harassing the Hispanic community.
