Fuck. Thought I was done with the Illinois thread but I forgot, one other extremely important set of interaction to surface and that is the fact that ICE already shot two Chicagians.
Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez was murdered by ICE after dropping his son off at school back in September.
ICE also attempted to murder Marimar Martinez, a US citizen who was shot 5 times but survived.
The feds sued Martinez for assault but the case got dropped once video came out.
Despite the lawsuits, protests and lawlessness ICE continues to kidnap, traffic and illegally deport residents of America and possibly even citizens without a trial or any legal form of due process.
There have been at least NINE plane loads of kidnapped individuals being flown out of Minneapolis alone just in a four day period.
A reporter, Amanda Moore, who is OTG in Minneapolis explains some of the footage she shot recently of ICE.
But what really stands out to me is the shocking operational cadance and aggressive pace of the CBP/ICE occupation.
Moore says that she used to be able to take the weekends off from report and go home from the front lines.

If the pulse on America weren't clear enough, residents of the twin cities reported seeing a segment last night on their local broadcast news explaining how to refuse ICE's demands for documents or entry into homes.
When the local fox station is telling the masses not to comply with cops orders because the cops are doing so much illegal shit.... it might be a sign that things are not going well for the traditional institutions.

Personal note, last night I saw mention in my personal circles of an acquaintance whose friend of a friend had their window smashed by ICE.
So thats 3 degrees of separation, just from the Minneapolis ICE surge let alone the local friends who have directly been hassled by ICE.
Show me a room of Americans and I several will know of a friend, a neighbor or work college whose had a loved one hassled by ICE or snatched.
This is much more than Minnesota sadly.
