I am so glad HFC (Hilary for Charity, the foundation for #dementia caregivers created by Lauren Miller Rogen & Seth Rogen) has allowed me to do something small to make this world a little kinder. It's a monthly support group I lead, "Keeping Each Other Company: #Caregiving and #Grief."
