Microsoft Office has been replaced by "Microsoft 365 Copilot App" 🙄 (not a joke, see office.com)
Fortunately there are many good alternatives on the Fediverse:

Why do you include Russian software OnlyOffice which is also partially closed source?
That seems very risky to me.
I've removed it from the list as it seems to be AI-powered nowadays 😞
@FediFollows apologies if somebody else has already pointed this out, but OnlyOffice is not online-only. The desktop apps are fully usable offline.

You can add @mailbox_org to the list, also comes with a very privatel online office suite

also SoftMaker Office and SoftMaker FreeOffice. Not open source (and the main product is not free, but is less than half the price of M$) but excellent tools and available on Mac, Linux, and Windows.

I have been using it for years.
Maybe it's not good enough for a "power user", but it's more than adequate for me, and probably 80% of users....
My experience: Especially those who swear on MS Office don't really use its complete features. It is just habit or reputation of sticking to it.
