@Edent Thanks for the suggestion! I tried a number of different solutions & the latest release of libgourou was the only one that worked for me. I hadn't realised you can use it to remove DRM as well as convert ascm files to epubs. Extremely useful & now I don't have to bother with Calibre at all!
