A large brown ceramic vessel with a wide mouth, everted rim, cylindrical neck with pronounced ridges, and globular body decorated in concentric bands and 'horseshoe' motif. The 'horseshoes' are applied coils of clay and they have been incised in such a way that resembles stitching. The pot is stately and warm in its presence. It has been broken and mended.
