The very top of the tower is a small wooden shack with a pointed roof that is perched on top of the clock. The shack is painted a fading red, with a few graffiti tags. Sticking out of the roof are a chimney and some antennae. The front of the shack is dominated by a large arched yellow window. Standing in the window is the silhouette of a figure.
