Holy hell Skagit County

If you are on the 100 YEAR floodplain, you should evacuate IMMEDIATELY.

If you see this and know people up there, make sure they know. I'm tagging Seattle into this because yikes.

All Skagit County residents living within the 100-year floodplain should evacuate immediately, county officials advised Wednesday night.

That's everything in yellow in the map above.

The 100-year floodplain includes areas along the Skagit River and most areas in the western part of the county, including parts of Mount Vernon and much of Burlington and Sedro-Woolley.

“LEVEL 3 — GO! ALL RESIDENTS LIVING WITHIN THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN SHOULD EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIT,” read the alert from Skagit County officials.
