If you are hesitating, because you feel like an impostor, not "trans enough", take this as your cue to start! You won't get irreversible effects right away and will know soon enough if it's for you or not (only took me a night to be sure, after well over a year of fretting, but I've been told it's not the same for everyone)
If you don't want HRT, you are valid, only do what feels right for you 
If you can't get HRT, I'm sorry 🫂 and you are still valid
