Reminder: The House Energy and Commerce Committee is debating a whopping 19 bills regarding "child safety." This includes dangerous bills such as:

-Kids Online Safety Act (especially if "Duty of Care" is maintained)

-SCREEN Act (Broadest and most censor happy Age Verification Law)

-App Store Accountability Act (Age Verification for App Stores)

-Parents over Platforms Act (Age Verification for Apps)

-RESET Act (Under 16 social media ban)

-Sammy's Law (Mass surveillance on minors, would out closeted LGBTQ+ youth, etc.)

-Safe Messaging for Kids Act* (Bans minors from using disappearing messages on social media, Social Media platforms must obtain parental consent before enabling DMs on minors' accounts and give parents DM safety features)

- Children's and Teen's Privacy Protection Act* (Extends COPPA protections to 13-16 year olds)

*Dangerous if paired with Age Verification
