Floods across Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Malaysia have killed close to 1,000 people.

A warmer world means heavier storms and deadlier rain.

Communities should not pay the price of a crisis they did not cause.

Protect people. Finance adaptation. Make polluters pay.

Governments must make oil, coal and gas corporations pay their fair share for the damage they cause.

Introduce new taxes or fines on them to help communities at home and around the world rebuild from climate disasters and invest in climate solutions.

#MakePollutersPay

Polluters broke it, we're paying for it. Make Polluters Pay

Sign the pact, record your story. Join the global movement to make polluters pay.
Make polluters pay. The science is clear: extreme weather is becoming more frequent and severe across the world. And the fossil fuel industry is driving this climate chaos. Demand that fossil fuel corporations are forced to stop drilling and start paying for the climate damage they've caused.
