However even for seemingly educated people it looks like there is no alternative to Microsoft Word. Obviously absolutely nothing.
That's how it is. that's how most people honestly think.
Why and how did it come to this?! It's totally humiliating to a nerd like me 😞 .

There is still so much / even more to do to just make people aware (in the right way btw. Just saying "you suck cuz you use Word" won't work).

@Radgryd The enjoyment I derive from Brits saying "Fuck Off" is second only to French folks saying "Shit".

I don't know why, maybe it's the accent, the inflection, the passion -- or some different, intangible texture or quality, I've never been able to define it.
