Just started reading this after going to a talk at the barbican with @pluralistic Sarah Wynn-Williams and Chris Morris!
Only a few chapters in but so far a really good read! It is about Sarah's work at Facebook as an executive. I had the absolute pleasure to meet her!

After the cunts at Facebook sued her into silence, she is not allowed to talk about her book but it is so important that people do read it! Please consider picking up a copy.
She was fucked over by a contract that stated she couldn't say anything bad about the company she worked at, something called a "non-disparagement" clause. When I say I hate that those clauses are legal, know it comes from a place of knowing.

If you work in big tech, unions are so important. If you can, push against these clauses in your contract, do!
I still think about talking out but I know the powers of my advisories and know to what lengths they will go do destroy my life.
I hope one day soon I can find the courage to do so. Thank you Sarah for all your work!
