Anyway, the reason I mention this is that a few weeks ago I finally got around to downloading the latest Fantastic Four movie. I still haven't got around to watching it, and to be brutally honest, I don't know if I can be bothered.
A new MCU movie used to something I'd look forward to, going to a cinema with friends as soon as it came out. Now it feels like homework I didn't get around to doing, and I'm wondering if it's still worth bothering with. Which makes me a little sad : (

What a turn up for the books. A few days ago I was bemoaning my lack of interest in watching First Steps, given that I was a total junkie for the Infinity Saga. I'm having a rest day today, and a bit of mental candyfloss seemed about my speed, so I finally put First Steps on, and I loved it. What a return to form.
A few reactions;
If it helps, I watched the Fantastic Four the other day (Sunday?) and it was good: good acting, good directing, good visuals.
Not great: light plot, a feeling of detachment, how is this film relevant...?
But worth seeing for the actors, IMO.
A space for Bonfire maintainers and contributors to communicate
