Tonight's full moon. It was cloudy all day but cleared up at sunset. I shot this pointing the camera nearly straight up, which means minimal atmospheric interference. 1/500 sec at f/13, ISO 500.

@petep44 We've all seen moon photos a million times, and ones like this are *very* similar to each other. But I don't get tired of it!

I've often wondered about camera settings for this sort of thing. May I ask, why the high f stop & iso? Asking out of technical interest, not because I think the picture could be improved!
