It will have to be an American court if the international order holds, because America hasn't signed onto any treaty that allows our citizens to be prosecuted by a war crimes tribunal or anything.

Now, if we're defeated militarily, that might not be the case. Or if we voluntarily submit our citizens to said tribunal, somehow.

But yeah, prosecuting the guilty is what American courts do. Let's look in our own statutes for ways to do that.

Make life in your countries worth living and promote a society based on solidarity, where people care for one another.
Then people won't have to constantly numb or stimulate themselves with all kinds of drugs in order to endure and get through life.

The demand for drugs arises domestically and is not promoted by states. They merely satisfy the demand.

It's no different in Europe, except that consumption is not yet so enormous.
