I was finally awake early enough on a Saturday to go and do a #parkrun and after weeks of not #running, and even longer with not doing a 5K, I was very pleased to get a new PB of 32:13 (last one on 26 July was 35:25). I’m just a bit gutted that I walked briefly in the last kilometre after over-cooking it because with better pacing I might have snuck under 32 minutes. At least i have a goal for the next one. I guess doing regular #zwift riding helps with running fitness too.
