Even tho not fully recovered, I was very curious how this second attempt would feel like. Last time I actually considered to quit but made it through, this time I only did a quick break due to to side stitch (perhaps wind was too cold) and otherwise felt quite good. Gotta get closer to that one hour mark for the climb!

Felt charged up today so I tried to find out how often I can beat my previous self on sprints and segments – and tried to keep the overall wattage up as much as possible. This was not the route I planned on for this, but it was close enough. xD
Overdid it a bit with the jumprope previously but I am happy to confirm that the affected muscles didn't seem to matter here.

Endlich durch die 100 gebrochen – mit angestrebtem #Kaloriendefizit bei freundlicher Unterstützung von Sport. Seit ich Anfang Dezember unterwegs war, wars ziemlich holprig. Hoffentlich bekomm ich das jetzt langsam wieder unter Kontrolle. xD
Was sich vor ein paar Wochen verändert hat sind Kopfschmerzen nach paar Sekunden Seilspringen, daher hab ich das für den Moment mal zurückgestellt.
Der Smarttrainer ist auf jeden Fall eine Bereicherung und das dreist teure #Zwift Apo isses mir aktuell dem entsprechend auch wert (Alternativen noch nicht getestet). 🚴

Es fühlt sich an als wäre ich zu kurz gefahren. Allerdings hab ich mich die letzten Tage etwas angeschlagen gefühlt, da war die Entscheidung jetzt vermutlich nichts zum hinterher trauern... . Das ich 15min schneller als das Estimate bei der Map war ist doch auch was Positives. 😁

Dieser Moment, wenn du dich nicht so richtig fit fühlst, 45 Minuten für das Wochenziel in Zwift fehlen, die Fitnessapp von 6 % Erholung spricht, und du eh schon seit 2 Stunden ein Ohrwurm von #Zwift hast... ua weil hier Leute auf Mastodon Fotos und Screenshots posten.
Zwift - Triple Loops in London
Oh diese Map durch London gefällt mir. Auf der anderen Flussseite gabs glaube ich etwas mehr Natur und Berg(?) als in echt, aber trotzdem sehr schön umgesetzt.
Ich muss mal rausfinden wie ich selbst Screenshots/Screencasts einfach(während der Fahrt!) triggern kann um schöne Orte auf den Maps zeigen zu können. Bis hier war das alles automagisch. xD
Und das hier hab ich aus Strava gekratzt.. bei Gelegenheit mal schauen ob auch die Desktop App das irgendwohin speichert...
