I think it's "News and Magazines" first, we just have to normalise that social interactions come with things-that-are-on-the-social-web.
The social web is everything, everywhere, all at once. What on the social web does this app centre?
Local news.
For me, social is a subset of the activities an app user can choose to do with this news publishing community app.
